0:00 An altercation outside of a Capitol Hill bar led to the stabbing of four people and the arrest of a 36-year-old man early Friday morning.

Police said a man and woman were sent to Harborview Medical Center, where the man is in “serious condition.” Two more people had non-life-threatening injuries and were not sent to the hospital, according to police.

“We’re worried about all of our patrons getting home safely,” Diesel owner Mike Reis said, adding that he has seen a rise in crime in the area. “This is becoming ridiculous, and it has to end.”

2:30 A man died and three others were injured in a shootout over a stolen car at Golden Gardens dog park in Ballard Thursday afternoon.

The Seattle Police Department first posted on X at 4:06 p.m., confirming a shooting occurred. The Seattle Fire Department confirmed a 44-year-old man died and said a 25-year-old man was shot and taken to Harborview Medical Center in stable condition.

Seattle Police said the vehicle was allegedly stolen at a separate location and ended up at the park. However, the department was unsure if the incident was a case of someone attempting to recover their vehicle.
