Sand Point, Seattle, WA: At approximately 12:23 a.m. Sunday, July 3rd, Seattle Fire Department responded to reports of a solo vehicle that had crashed into an apartment building located on the 7000 block of Sand Point Way North East, in the Sand Point neighborhood of Seattle.
Witnesses at scene had stated the vehicle had been seen traveling north bound while having a verbal altercation with an unknown female on the side of the road. The vehicle then sped away from the altercation, lost control and crashed into the bottom floor unit of an apartment complex. The driver of the vehicle sustained unknown injuries and was transported to a local area hospital.
All occupants of the apartment complex were uninjured. It is unknown at this time if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
