A dump truck crashed into vehicles and a Subway restaurant, injuring five people in Seattle, Washington, Monday morning, August 19. Four of the people had serious injuries and all were taken to a nearby hospital Monday morning, the Seattle Fire Department said. While their investigation is ongoing, police said that the truck allegedly suffered a mechanical failure.
