The Port of Seattle Fire Department has achieved one of the highest honors in fire service excellence: a Class 1 rating from the Washington Survey Rating Bureau (WSRB).

This distinction places the department in the top 1% of fire departments nationwide! A recognition earned by only one other department in the state over WSRB’s 114-year history.
