On August 16th, 2025, I filmed a huge number of Seattle police units responding to a shooting at Golden Gardens park. 13 minutes later, I also captured Seattle Fire’s Medic 17 transporting the victim to Harborview hospital, with an SPD unit providing escort.

Massive SPD catches like this make me wish that the Seattle police had more variety in their models and livery. There do seem to be some slight variations in the lighting package, but overall they’re pretty similar. Maybe next time I’ll get a few detective or SWAT units responding for some variety. I tried to at least switch up where I was standing to keep things interesting 😂
