INCIDENT DESCRIPTION
At 12:41 pm on May 28, 2025, the Seattle Fire Department responded to a rescue extrication at 4th Avenue S and S Jackson Street for reports of a vehicle on its roof after a collision. The red sedan appeared to run a red light and was t-boned by a Seattle Public Utilities pickup, sending the red sedan rolling over. Bystanders at the bus stop helped the driver out of the upside-down car prior to emergency services arriving. Seattle Fire was aware that all occupants may have already gotten out, but continued a rescue extrication response as a precaution. First arriving crews confirmed nobody was trapped and the response was reduced to a few units. Despite the hard hit, nobody sustained life-threatening injuries. Seattle Police investigated the collision in a non-criminal manner.

WTCR seeks to highlight the everyday operations of first responders in several major Washington state cities, as seen from public traffic cameras. This channel focuses on their actions, responses, and of course their shiny trucks. WTCR is not monetized.

Thanks for watching! These descriptions sure take a long time to write…
