TRAFFIC CAMERA: A crash involving a semi-truck and at least one vehicle closed all northbound lanes of Interstate 5 and 3 southbound lanes near Northgate Wednesday morning. Video from a Washington State Department of Transportation camera shows at least one vehicle hit the jersey barrier, knocking it into the other side of the interstate.

As of 11:20 a.m., there was a 7 miles backup on southbound I-5 and a backup of around 4 miles on northbound I-5.

The Seattle Fire Department said all occupants were able to get out of their vehicle on their own and all patients were in “stable condition.”
