INCIDENT DESCRIPTION
At 10:11 am on January 6, 2025, the Seattle Fire Department responded to a home in the 4100 block of 38th Avenue SW, in the West Seattle neighborhood of Seattle, WA for a report of a strong natural gas odor in the basement. Puget Sound Energy was also notified. Soon after the first units arrived on scene, the response was reduced to a few units. Though crews reported a strong odor, it appears it dissipated shortly after. It’s unclear if there really was a gas leak, but all units cleared by 33 minutes.

MY NOTES
Another Seattle video out of West Seattle! Featuring old Engine 5. I forgot to write the description so it kinda got lost as a draft. I have many videos finished that I just need to write descriptions and make thumbnails for, so stay tuned for a ton of footage.

WTCR seeks to highlight the everyday operations of first responders in several major Washington state cities, as seen from public traffic cameras. This channel focuses on their actions, responses, and of course their shiny trucks. WTCR is not monetized.
Thanks for watching! These descriptions sure take a long time to write…
