Complete the following exercises:
1) Child’s Pose to Downward Dog (Complete 5-6 reps)
2) Pigeon Pose Stretch (Hold for 20 seconds)
3) Hamstring Floss (Complete 8-12 reps each side
4) Rocking Adductor Stretch (Complete 8-12 reps each side)
5) Finish with a light walk on the treadmill or outside for 5 minutes
6) IMPORTANT: Focus on your breathing as you complete this cool-down. Think about box breathing the entire time: 4 seconds inhale, hold 4 seconds, 4 seconds exhale, hold 4 seconds (repeat).
