We are in front of quarters of Volunteer Hose Company No. 2 of the West Haverstraw Volunteer Fire Department at 30 Railroad Avenue in West Haverstraw, New York, where we see a number of companies from multiple towns scream through town for a house fire down the street at 11 Tanneyanns Lane. The call turned out to be a fire in the attic of the house at that location. One line was stretched and in operation. There were no injuries, and loss of property seemed to be minimal, at least from the outside. Most companies took up within about 20 minutes, and some went on another call for an alarm activation. Here is a run-down of companies seen responding in this video; Engine 23-1500, Engine 23-1501, and 23- Rescue from Volunteer Hose Company No. 2, 23-Squad, and 23-Tower from S.W. Johnson Steam Fire Engine Company No. 1 in Garnerville, both of West Haverstraw Fire Department, and Squad 18-EQ from Stony Point Fire District. Engine 23-1500 is a 2012 KME Panther. Engine 23-1501 is a 2000 Sutphen Monarch. 23-Rescue is a 2021 KME Severe Service walk-in. 23-Squad is a 1999 Sutphen Monarch. 23-Tower is a 1988 Sutphen aerial with a 100 foot mid-mount bucket.
