On Friday, June 2nd, I filmed Seattle Fire units responding to, and at the scene of, a house fire in north Seattle, near N 87th St and Aurora Ave N.

I caught Ladder 8 responding in Crown Hill, then decided to drive to the scene. Due to Friday traffic I didn’t get any other units responding, but I arrived/parked just before Rehab 1 pulled up, pulling what looked to be the Decon 1 trailer. There was a Hazmat incident earlier in the day, so they might have had the trailer prepped/attached for that incident even though they weren’t dispatched to it.

Rescue 1 was also on scene for some reason, as well as the new Air 10 and Air 26 rigs.

There were no injuries reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.

In honor of Pride Month, this video features a short rainbow – did you spot it?
