[No sound] Here’s an all new collection of Seattle Fire tiller trucks responding to various incidents!

The Seattle Fire Department has 11 Ladder Companies (1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13); all of them are Pierce Arrow tractor drawn aerials, and all of them have 100 foot ladders (except for Ladder 1, which has 107 feet).

Tillers are more maneuverable than regular trucks, thanks to a second driver who sits in a rear cab and steers the back wheels. This can make the truck look like it’s “drifting” – see 0:24 and 0:37 for some tiller drift.
