On April 10th, 2020, I filmed numerous Seattle Fire units heading to a water rescue call for reports of a paddle boarder in distress off of Golden Gardens. The paddle boarder turned out to be not in distress, and units were put back into service.

Clip listing:
0:00 – Engine 9
0:07 – Battalion 6, either having trouble with or forgot to turn on the front lightbar
0:27 – Ladder 8. Usually, Ladder 8 would have been gone before I got out with my camera, but they were initially on the scene of an automatic fire alarm when the rescue call came in. They were able to quickly clear the AFA and were added to the water rescue response.
1:00 – Safety Chief (Saft2)
1:19 – Rescue 1 and Aid 14. A couple was walking their dog nearby; in the background, you can hear it howling along with the fire sirens.

Outro music: Demilitarized Zone by Ethan Meixsell, via the YouTube audio library.
